Has always worked well

The application has always worked well for me.

Does what it says it does.

One irritation is that the icon on the menu bar will often not return to a normal gray background after you’ve activated Caffeine. On my setup, the background of the icon will stay blue as if I’m clicking and holding the mouse down on it.

The only way to clear it is to stop and restart the application.

This started to be a problem with Mavericks and has continued on with Yosemite.

It doesn’t affect the functionality at all, but it does act as a distracting annoyance.
